Volkan İZOL

Prof. Dr. Volkan İzol received the title of Doctor of Medicine from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and the title of Urology Specialist from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology in 2008 .

He started working as a faculty member in the same Department in 2011 and received the title of associate professor on April 16, 2015, and professor on August 28, 2020. Izol, who was entitled to receive the European Urology Diploma during his assistantship, worked as an observer at Johns Hopkins University (USA) to increase his knowledge and experience in minimally invasive surgery during his post-specialty period.

Izol, who has many articles published in international and national peer-reviewed journals, has given more than 200 oral presentations and speeches in international and domestic scientific meetings. Izol, who is frequently interested in Urooncology and minimally invasive urological surgery in his daily practice, currently serves as a faculty member at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology.

Merhabalar. İrak vatandaşıyız amcam prostat teşhisi konulmuştu çok doctor gezdik irak da ve turkey de bir türlü ikna olmadık taki Prof. Dr. Volkan izol hocama gelince pozitif yaklaşımıyla bir anda ameliyat kararı verdik ameliyat çok başarılı geçti risklerin hiç bir gerçekleşmedi diğer yandan ekibinde bulunan tüm çalışmaları hepsi çok özel ve değerli. Volkan hocam dan laparoskobi ameliyatı oldum. Böbreklerim at nalı ( doğuşdan birleşik) böbrekdi. Birbirinden ayrılıp sol böbreğin işlevini kaybettiği ve risk arz ettiği için alınması gerekiyordu. Görüştüğüm çoğu ürolog açık ameliyat ve zor bir ameliyat olduğunu söyledi.ama volkan hocam ile görüştüğümde kolaylıkla laparoskobi ile alınabileceğini söyledi, öyle de olacağını hem hissettirdi hem de güveni verdi. ameliyatım ve sonrası Volkan hocanın dediği gibi kolaylıkla gerçekleşti.Hasta takibinde ki hem kendisinin hemde ekibinin samimiyeti taktire şayan. İyi ki kendisinden operasyon olmuşum .Allah razı olsun.
